Haleakalā Upcycle Landfill Diversion Project
Healthy farms begin with healthy soil.
Through the Haleakalā Upcycle Landfill Diversion Project, Haleakalā Farm partners with Maui County to provide free community education focused on composting, landfill diversion, and regenerative gardening practices. Together, we’re helping transform organic waste into valuable compost, strengthening our soils while reducing material sent to the landfill.
This project reflects our belief that caring for the land is one of the most important things we grow.
